Our beers
In 2017, we opened Rüsselsheimer Bräu and brewed beer here using traditional, artisanal methods until the beginning of 2025. Over the years, we have built a friendly relationship with the Rittmayer brewery in Hallerndorf and decided to expand it. As of June 2025, our beers will no longer be brewed here in Rüsselsheim, but in Hallerndorf according to a time-honored recipe. We are grateful to have Rittmayer as a partner who values craftsmanship and tradition just as much as we do.

Together with our kitchen team we have put together a menu that skillfully combines traditional classics and new interpretations. The use of high quality food and the love of craftsmanship characterize our cuisine. The Remscheider Bräu team further pays close attention to its supplier selection.
